TinyTasks helps you collect things to do and reminders very quickly throughout the day. It is very easy to break items into tiny tasks that are easy to start AND finish. As you check tasks off, color turns yellow then green when completely finished. You can see progress using the log. Use the summary report to see an outline of the entire context. Email it for use at your desktop. Reorganization is very easy using promote, demote and moving tasks between areas of focus. There are virtually no limit to the number of tasks and contexts you can use. The Pro version includes reminders and Dropbox support. Up to 128 reminders can be set. A reminder report shows your schedule. Dropbox allows you to backup, archive and restore contexts. You can also import text files from Dropbox and save schedules and summary reports to Dropbox. TinyTask Pro is supplied with a GTD context file, allowing you to implement the popular method in the simplest way possible. Use pinches to increase or decrease text very quickly. This allows you to use TinyTasks for simple things like grocery lists and complex things like managing projects at work.
